It’s been a while since I snapped a sacred space. I stumbled upon this urban gem earlier this week near the fire station on 3rd Street. I would love to see the inside, sit for a sermon, see the Sunday clothes. I have a soft spot in my heart for small churches like this. They struggle, sure, but their faith usually doesn’t include mansions, jets, sprawling campuses. My kind of people.
