Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they are going to be dead by midnight. Extend them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster. Your life will never be the same again.” ~ Og Mandino

Me: Look, there’s a camel….and a llama and a buffalo.

Stacy: I didn’t want to say anything. I was afraid I was hallucinating.

Midway, Kentucky sits in famous Woodford County, known for it’s champion Thoroughbreds and world class bourbon. There’s a farm outside of town with a dozen llama, a half dozen bison, and a dromedary. They share a single field. In town there’s a carousel pony on the street covered in Christmas decorations. I don’t know how much more tilted you could want a Summer Solstice to be.
