Poor mom has been in the hospital again with pneumonia. This is the third, maybe fourth, time since November. Now under the care of a Pulmonary Specialist, she’s finally making some headway. She’s not out of the woods yet, but she’s making the most of the funny contraptions they put her in, like the shakey thing they wrap around her chest. It makes it hard to speak, and a challenge to eat. But she was determined to enjoy her Heath Blizzard. Dad and I tried not to laugh. But laughter is the best medicine. She said so, and I believe her.
