Let me tell ya, I’ve had a pretty doggone good day. And I might as well tell ya what’s gonna happen in April 2022. Me and my homies here, plus the fabulous Sam McKinney, are gonna have group show at the gorgeous Kentucky Folk Art Center in Morehead for their grand reopening after the long, long shut down because of Covid. We were scheduled to have this show two years ago just as the world shut down, but I actually think the delay will work in our favor for a variety of reasons. Anyway, we all met at the Center this afternoon to look at the space, talk about a title (Becky of course had a brilliant idea), and sort the many things needing sorted. I am so, so, so excited about this show, and I just don’t have words to express how humbled I am to have been invited to exhibit my work alongside such incredibly talented people. Doesn’t hurt one bit that they’re some of the finest human beings I have ever known. I’ll keep ya’ll posted on the exact opening date, and I’m sure there will be a reception. Hope to see you there!
