Don’t be too shocked. Shero won the fight in spite of her shiner. This woman; what she won’t do for a remote control. Well, I think there are some things she won’t do again for a remote control. I think she’ll call me next time and save herself the pain, and me the scare. I didn’t know I was going to need a medical degree at this stage in life. Thank God for friends who do (and for taking my calls). Short version: the remote control fell under the recliner. She moved the recliner (wood floors), bent over to pick it up, got dizzy, and just kept going until her face stopped the fall. Shockingly, it did not break her glasses. Bless her heart, that was a hard lesson to learn. She is a real trooper.
