We had a family gathering at Aunt Barb’s house. Much to our surprise Aunt Mabel was in town. We don’t get to see her nearly enough with her living in Florida. There was merry-making, laughter, and games. Mabel’s great-grandchildren, Bryson and Easton, were adorable as always. They’re really good boys, too. We love and miss Mabel. She’s special for so many reasons, not the least of which is she’s her own gal. She doesn’t care what anybody thinks. I love her.
