the river bend
Looks a bit like a postcard, doesn’t it? I got to spend a little time with the rental fam today looking at the river, being around lots of kind people, eating way too much food, letting the sun warm the winter skin. I’ve never spent time with Kelly and Craig that I didn’t feel special. I don’t know what I did to deserve them, but I’m sure glad I did it. Meanwhile, I’ve lost count of the people since yesterday’s post who’ve told me that they, too, let their license expire to the point of retaking the test. I feel in good company as if I checked off a bucket list item I didn’t know I needed.
