Aunt Jill gifted me this most excellent and hilarious t-shirt a few weeks ago (crappy photo notwithstanding). I’ll admit I wear it a lot, but it was a must for today’s attire. Today was one of the most chilled Thanksgiving yet, and it was pretty perfect as a result… except my turkey. I saw a meme earlier this week that said, and I’m paraphrasing a bit, “if you want to try a new recipe, don’t do it at Thanksgiving.” I should have heeded the advice. Still, Shero’s corn pudding and dressing made up for it. She outdid herself this year for somebody who has been as sick as she has been. There’s much to be thankful for today.
