Today required convolesence. Between naps, the dogs and I found mindless TV, and the best was Dick Turpin on AppleTV. It stars Noel Fielding, whom I adore. The show is hilarious, as expected. The series is called The Completely Madeup Adventures of Dick Turpin, but it turns out Dick Turpin was a real guy with a gang that robbed coaches – highwaymen. Then, they hanged him for it in 1739.
