The dummy is a spy, oh sorry, “surveillance”….not conspicuous at all (well done UK). I shudder to think where on his person they put the camera(s). In any case, I might show up on America’s Funniest Videos the way I walked around him, snap, snap, snap, laughing all the way. Many students tripped while looking at him. That was entertaining. Oddly, his attire was spot-on for this December day. It was over 70. I hope they bring him back just like this after the first snow. I’m pulling out the big camera for that one!
