Jen had a package to drop off, so as part of our day, we made a stop at the incredible post office near downtown Cincinnati. Built in 1933, the Art Deco building is simply enormous, and in some ways, deceiving. Its strict enormity belies the fantastically intricate designs that mark each entrance. Once inside, the glory of Art Deco is on full display. Even the security gate is a thing of beauty. To say they don’t make ’em like this anymore is an understatement.
