Alisa gave me the camera travel mug for turning 60, and recently, Stacy gave me Aquapelli to help me stay hydrated. Aquapelli holds a liter, and staying hydrated has recently become vital for me, apparently. Remember that heart monitor? It didn’t capture anything spectacular, meaning that my recent incident that prompted the heart monitor may have been brought on by dehydration (another explanation would need more testing, so we’re going with dehydration for now). With Aquapelli by my side, I’ve decided it’s time to tackle this cortisol weight, what with classes over and all. Less stress is supposed to mean smaller clothes, right? Aquapelli and Stacy will help me get there.
