wait…what?
This is what the last three weeks have looked like. I haven’t really slowed down since graduation, doing things that I had put off so I could finish the program. Plus, I’ve taken on a couple of other things that I thought I could handle. The reality is that I’m just as tired now as I was when I was slogging through my thesis. Well, it’s time to get this cray cray under control. For starters, I’m going to get a great night’s sleep so I can get up and enjoy making a ham and pumpkin pie for tomorrow’s family feast while watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. You know what I’m thankful for today? Everything. The work, the rest, the family, the food, the dogs, the friends, and the health to do it all, even when it wears me out. ha!
