Today, it was the UK Libraries’ holiday lunch, and many of our retirees were in attendance, most especially BFF Judy Sackett! Every year, they give us a little something, but they really outdid themselves this year with tables full of brand-new books and puzzles. Judy and I used our choices to fulfill Christmas lists. Doesn’t get much better than getting something you know they want when they personally pick it out. #WinningChristmas We had good food, good conversation, great gift selections, and a genuinely good afternoon. I really needed it, and I’m always grateful to see Judy. She brightens any day.
