“Honesty is a great way to filter out friends. How someone receives our truth says a lot about how well they’d be there for us down the line.” ~ TinyBuddha

from the road

The cows were standing, dotting the field when we first pulled up to South Fork. The sunlight was focused on the church. It was a gorgeous scene. There wasn’t enough time to take a photo when we pulled in. Sadly, the cows had finished grazing and settled in for a noon nap by the time we left. I stopped to take a picture anyway. I will eventually get the shot I want of this place. This isn’t it, but it’s still a good reminder of how beautiful my homeplace is. God’s Country indeed.
