Sun searing through western windows provided a metaphorical moment. Walking the stairs, I just happened to look down and saw my shadow, camera in hand. Last night I dreamed I was drumming in Africa. Reverent Elder, Pamela Jumper Thurman, interpreted; “I see the playing [drums] alone as it’s time for you to shine!” I’m ready.
