Easter breakfast at the local Waffle House was awesome and just what the doctor ordered. The waitresses were extra entertaining, the food greasy as expected, and the coffee divine. I always wanted to do a photo series on Waffle House staff, and then here comes Candacy Taylor with a similar idea called Counter Culture. I felt totally usurped. <sigh> Still, I think the Central Kentucky Waffle House staff would be pretty darn fun to photograph even if nobody saw them but me (and you, dear readers of the outhouse). I mean, where else are you gonna be served bacon by a woman in bunny ears?
