I saw these two lovelies Saturday. Gordon reminded me that he has been retired from UK Libraries for seven years now. It feels like yesterday we were bidding him farewell. Becky’s still going strong as Keeneland’s Library Director. They’re still extremely lucky to have her. I feel incredibly lucky to have come up in UK Libraries when these two were still on board. It’s been interesting to become one of the elders now as my elders checked out one by one. This is the way of things, of course, but I sure do appreciate them all the more when I see them.
