When the University gives you a Monday off, you go to dinner with your colleagues to celebrate being out of the office. It certainly didn’t hurt that we dined at a new place for me downtown, Corto Lima. It reminded me so much of my favourite restaurant in DC, Oyamel, that I hated to leave. Plus, our waiter was adorable. I think it’s safe to say a good time was had by all.
