Today was important as mom, Sharon, and I met Maggie’s father, Pete. It was his first time in the States. He is from Pretoria, South Africa and will return on Monday after a nearly three-month stay. He was delightful, and it’s always fun to spend time with Maggie. There’s something special about sharing a meal with people you love and making new friends. It was great to meet you, Pete. Safe travels, and stay happy until we see you on the safari.
