that’s what I thought
A couple of days ago, I was outside and thought I heard ducks. Today, I saw evidence of said ducks in the neighbor’s yard. There is a spring nearby, closer to Stacy’s house than mine, and mallard pairs are known to appear in her yard, but they usually don’t make it this far up the ridge and certainly not on this side of the street – opposite the spring. I think they were visiting with the crows. They were a lovely couple, no leaflets or door-hangings. I hope they come back fro afternoon tea.
