“It is never too late to reinvent yourself.
Start a new career at 40.
Fall in love at 50.
Learn to dance at 60.
Start a whole new life at 70.
Stop saying you can’t.
You can and you should.
Dreams don’t have an expiration date”

today’s audience

Remember back in September when Jon Reynolds had his book release party in Cincinnati, and I played question and answer with him as part of the event?  We got to do it again today at Coffee Tree Books in Morehead. Half of West Liberty was there, in perfect laughing form.

Grant Alden and Susan Thomas, owners of Coffee Tree Books and long-time friends of Jen’s, were just about the sweetest people I could imagine. Jen told me they were great, but I think she downplayed their greatness. They were utterly delightful and beyond welcoming, not just to me, but to everyone who attended today’s gathering. And funny. Did I mention they were funny? My kind of people.

BFFs

And then there was the family! I tell you, it was a wonderful afternoon spent with some of the best people in my world.
