Roughly a week before I graduated, I received this rather blingy iWatch case in the mail. Not only is it not my style, but I don’t have an iWatch. It came with no gift card and no indication of who sent it. The return address was the manufacturer. Knowing I have some pretty doggone generous and creative friends with wicked senses of humor, although an iWatch would be well beyond even their generous scale, I thought I’d wait to see what happened next. Fast forward 3.5 weeks, and I can report that….. nothing has happened. No one has come forward to ask if I got the case or the iWatch that was supposed to go with it. No one has said, “Surprise! We got you the iWatch case, but you have to buy the iWatch yourself,” which would have been hilarious. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Nothing. Therefore, I can only assume the iWatch bling was mailed to me by accident, and some friend somewhere is missing their case. They also missed a golden opportunity for a joke. Nevertheless, tell me who you are and I will mail the iCase on to you with a hearty laugh.
