Pay attention and heed the advice. A few years ago, Lexington initiated a campaign to clean up the storm drains, and these colorful, quirky drain covers with sayings began to appear around downtown. Are they working? I don’t know, but I appreciate the creative thought behind them. Anything to spark a conversation on the subject is a good thing.
