Smile, breathe and go slowly.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

While waiting for the gallbladder surgeon I stole a look out the window. Not a bad view, and the clouds were beautiful. The surgeon was equally easy on the eyes. Oddly, I measured taller than ever before. Can losing weight make one a full inch taller? If not, can someone explain to me how this is possible? Anyway, prior to my date with Dr. McDreamy, Stacy Yelton received “Roman”, the Travelocity gnome (courtesy Crystal Heis and me). When Stacy was at her previous job, at the end of the day she would send via email the Travelocity gnome in some exotic or strange place: on an island, in the Arctic, or just upside down: “I’m on my waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay”. Now, Roman is her Monitor Gnome (and you thought they only made lizards). What a glorious day this has been, filled with friends start to finish, good words, clean hearts, and kindness at every turn. My boss even told me I am a “glass half full kind of girl.” Because it is. Always.
