It was a morning like any other morning. I’m sure that’s what the person in the birthday house said, too. I threw open the blinds and laughed out loud. They may not have laughed if they had any misgivings about the big 4 – 0. I thought the buzzards an especially nice touch. I was still laughing as I made my way to the curb in slippers, camera in hand. If only the car hadn’t been in the way so you could see the whole thing head on. I thought sure when I got home from work it would be gone. No one ever parks there… until today. No matter, it made my day. I felt like I got to share in a little of the birthday love, and that was a pretty great way to start Good Friday.
