“What do you do with a recovering alcoholic? You take them to a bourbon distillery! You should put that in the outhouse,” Stacy said as we sat outside the Buffalo Trace Distillery Gift Shop drinking a cold Freddie’s Root Beer sniffing bourbon on the breeze from nearby warehouses. Seems only fitting the post should end with Stacy on the Kentucky Capitol steps a la Rocky Balboa. Pretty fun – and funny – day. April started off pretty crappy but ended beautifully.
