Among other things, being sequestered away from windows and natural light means I have no idea what’s happening outside. Today, we had a series of thunderstorms roll through with hail. Did I know? Not a thing until a “stay safe” text from Jill came through. Stay safe from what? Severe storms replete with high winds, hail, and possible tornadoes. Good thing everything was okay on Lord Basil Ridge because we had more paint to buy as the storms moved on past, and I got a better view of the sky from the Home Depot parking lot. I do love me a stormy sky. It’s some of God’s best work.
