It’s not that today was the first time I’d seen a parent wheeled away from and felt some level of angst over being unable to go with them, but this scene gave way to a sobering thought of what it must be like for parents with sick children. It is hard to let them go without you, even if it’s your parent and not your child. On an up note, Shero is feeling some better today after her Bronchoscopy. Hopefully, tomorrow, we’ll find out the long-term plan to eradicate the persistent lung illness and when we can get her back home where she belongs. If you’ve been saying prayers or sending healing thoughts, I appreciate it. Mom appreciates it. Keep ’em coming.
