The last thing I did Friday was get my Shingles booster at the pharmacy. That was a bad idea considering I had a busy weekend ahead and the first Shingles shot caused side effects. So, of course, the booster did, too, which made last night a little weird. I interviewed a musician talking about the entire cast and crew having the flu as I sat shivering with chills and body aches. (it was a great interview despite my symptoms). I awoke today feeling much, much better and I was lucky enough to catch the Winter Solstice sunset at Stonehenge. It was broadcast live courtesy the British Trust. All in all I think it’s been a pretty fantastic weekend despite feeling like death eating a cracker yesterday. I lived to tell the tale and one day I’ll watch the Winter Solstice from Stonehenge in person.
