The first to help you up are the ones who know how it feels to fall down.” ~ Unknown

Even when I wake with a headache I can’t help but feel better with such a sunrise as this. The clear sky illuminating an overnight snowfall atop the windswept frozen water is both beautiful and treacherous. It screams Currier and Ives hot chocolate snow days capped by grilled cheese and board games. As an adult, it means a beautifully dangerous drive to work. Still, the memories of childhood warm the walk to the office, and that’s perfectly alright with me. I’m so thankful to have had a family to make such sweet memories. I had the best childhood imaginable.
