Most folks are showing their vaccine cards. I’m trying to show my sticker instead…under all my hair. Years of allergy shots toughened the ‘ol arm hide so I didn’t feel a thing. Loads of UK Library colleagues have also gone through the line this week. Someone decided University employees should be added to the K-12 crowd – the 1B’s – like other states have been doing from the start. I’d feel 100 percent good about it if they’d gotten all the compromised people taken care of first. At the same time, I am exceedingly grateful once more for being employed by my alma mater, the University of Kentucky. I am a Wildcat gal through and through. Take that however you like. ha!
