It’s not an especially impressive storm front but, not all of them are. That’s a lot like life, I think. A friend recently remarked that, for as much as she thought her life hadn’t changed, as she looked at 30 year old photos she realized how wrong she was. Sometimes the slow and steady storm front is the most cleansing of all.

This is so “impressionist painting”. I’ve just started to see those moments of light as an artist, even though I’ve been looking at them for 45 years. Maybe we have to reach a point where we realize that most of the other stuff is not so important as the moment.
