“Religion is belief in someone else’s experience.
Spirituality is having your own experience.”

I passed this toilet on my long walk today. Without fail I chuckle when I see a toilet at the curb. This was no different, and then I realized I have an app on my phone that I’ve hardly used; retro camera. I’ve included some of the retro camera photos below that go back almost two years. I had completely forgotten about these pictures; little hidden treasures.
With giant snowflakes falling tonight, finding this tiger lily from my summer yard warms me.
Stacy Yelton looks tiny from the fifth floor of the parking structure. With full trees and her short sleeves, this must have been a deliciously warm day.
I always enjoyed the evening sky from atop the parking garage.
I took this from Jane Somers’ apartment in Milwaukee, May 2012. It wasn’t snowing then, but boy howdy it’s snowing in February 2014! I like snow, and I like May…and Milwaukee, and tiger lilies, and sunsets, and best friends, and forgotten iPhone apps.
