“We wait, starving for moments of high magic to inspire us, but life is full of common enchantment waiting for our alchemist’s eyes to notice.” ~ Jacob Nordby

Willcutt Guitars is known as being one of the finest guitar shops the world over. I pass it every day on my way to work. Of course, with me, it’s not just that it’s a great shop, but the building is unique for the neighborhood as well. A rectangular two-story sitting in between two parking lots where Southland meets Rosemont Garden makes it stand out like a bright light. Mom and I stopped for gas across the street on Sunday, and in the dreariness of the day, it looked even more like a beacon than usual. Thank God for those rays of light, eh?
