One of the gifts I received at my party last Saturday was this journal. Each guest had written something to me in its pages; sentiments so touching that I have no words to describe them. I don’t know from whose heart this idea sprang, but it was one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. It’s the sort of nameless act that demonstrates love, kindness, and selflessness. I hope someday I am this thoughtful. Thank you, friend, whomever you are. Thank you, too, to each friend whose precious words this little journal holds. You bless my world every day, and make me a better person.
