Yesterday was my friend Daniel Weddigton’s last day at UK. When he stopped by my office to say goodbye, he gave me the biggest hug ever. I love him for that and so much more. He’s taking his bride and moving on to bigger, better things at the University of Michigan. Things he so richly deserves. I couldn’t be prouder or happier for him. I feel especially honored that he asked me to photograph his wedding. It was one of my best days – hot as Hades, but exquisite in every other way. Have a great life, my friend. You’ll always hold a special place in my heart.
