I’ve had a wonderful Monday! You know why? Because I read the Mother Teresa quote first thing this morning. I said to myself, “Self, do this today.” So, I did. I had so many wonderful conversations I can’t count them all. I met new people who were kind to me. Every frown I met with a smile and, behold, a smile was returned, albeit a surprised smile sometimes but, a smile nevertheless. By the end of the day there was no amount of bitterness could strip the sweetness off my day’s lollipop.
I think I’ll do it again tomorrow.
