new day
This was not today. No, today was like yesterday, rain, rain, rain, wind, and then some more rain. Good thing I like rain. Unlike yesterday, today did not come with a migraine I couldn’t shake. Instead, today, I was able to study the studies that needed studied (how’s that for a sentence?); clean the dirty that needed cleaning; cook the foods that needed cooking, and care for a little white dog that didn’t feel one bit good. Tomorrow I’ll get up and do it all again and then some. Do Mondays look different in retirement? I bet mine will. I’ll see to it.

Yes baby, Monday’s are very different in retirement because you wake up and remind yourself that you need to look at a calendar to learn what day it is and you can take an all-day coffee break IF that’s what your little heart desires. LOL
