This morning, as the east coast was being buried in the first blizzard of 2018, the Bluegrass got just a dusting, with continued cold temps, naturally. Once more, my office won the Ice Box prize for coldest office in the universe. But despite my frozen feet and hands, I love my little office. It’s got two awesome computers, great lighting, nice speakers, a Lori-Lyn Hurley prayer painting print on the wall; a Sandy Davis Zentangle drawing, pictures of family, and so many external hard drives I could build a house. I could, however, do without the long walk from the parking garage even though I really love winter. I always did. That hasn’t changed despite my little ice box office.
