I reached fifty years old. At work I found birthday cards; the ladies (Crystal Heis, Marie Dale, Angela Pulley, and Stacy) took me to lunch; flowers from my parents were delivered; My aunts Charlene and Janet called me; tons of heartfelt texts and facebook messages came pouring in, and for dinner, Stacy treated me to the best smoked beef brisket I’ve ever tasted at a place I’ve never been before, County Club. I came home with a full belly, an awesome Kentucky for Kentucky poster printed by Cricket Press, and a happy dog. Turning fifty has been a blessing in more ways than one. #grateful
