“Your light may not reach everyone, but it will reach those who are seeking it. Keep shining.” ~ Unknown
Crystal and I headed back to AG North this morning to begin documenting the interior. Once again, I took the new Sony, and once again had mixed results. Expressing my frustration, Crystal, being a good friend and an unflappable photographer, reminded me that I hated digital photography when I first started, and this camera is mirrorless, which behaves differently from a traditional camera, so I need to lighten up and just learn what I’m doing with a new kind of camera. I will say this: the Sony is capable of doing things my Canon is not (that’s good… but not so much for the way I’m used to shooting, which is precisely what Jon Reynolds warned me about). I just have to remind myself that I’m learning. Today I learned a lot more about photographing large interior spaces, and I am eternally grateful for Crystal’s calm demeanor and patience.
