There were many things to be done today, but those that required being done outdoors will just have to wait because it’s hotter than a snake’s ass in a wagon rut (new to me, and it made me lol). It was no day to do anything outside but pick up Stacy and go across the road to Parlour for some cold Coca-Cola and a Caprese pie. They make a killer Peppercorn Ranch salad, too. Then we went to Dairy Queen for a Heath Blizzard to cool off some more. Mowing the yard and moving more stuff from next door will just have to wait until Satan leaves his vacation in Lexington. I don’t know when that’ll be, so until then, more pizza and ice cream for us all!
