Stacy has been singing the praises of Mushroom coffee for a couple of weeks. I don’t remember how she said she stumbled upon it, but I tried a cuppa. It’s earthy with a hint of chocolate. With cream and sweetener, it’s incredibly delicious, with only half the caffeine. She gave me a jar to enjoy. Plus, it’s instant. Just add water. Stacy FTW, again.
