It’s selfie week… in case you couldn’t tell. Today’s edition brings us half of TDH4, or Tall Dark and Handsome, known to me simply as Bev and Karen. Two of Kentucky’s most recognizable faces, and two of my favorite people, I ran into Bev Futrell and Karen Jones at Kentucky Crafted just before I ran into Jeanne Marie. They were checking out the artists before their set later in the day. As always, their music is/was a real treat. It warms my heart to see Bev and Karen. Over the years they have been kind to me, and they’re genuinely interested in how life is going. To say I value their friendships would be an understatement.
