The only time I’d been to Milwaukee was 25 years ago. It was a soggy one night stand at The Stone Toad. Not only is this trip longer – to see my rent-a-niece robed as an attorney from Marquette – but it is an opportunity to enjoy two new friends, Richard and Jane. They’re both extremely engaging, creative, and very funny people. It’s a win-win weekend for me!
