Today was a dismal weather day in Kentucky, which I love, but not when I have to go to work, which I did. Regardless of rowing into the office, it was a much-needed day of rain because Kentucky has been painfully dry since June. The perk of that is the beauty of the turning trees have lingered much longer than usual, like this beautiful Japanese Maple. This photo was from last week, obviously not today, but gosh, isn’t the tree beautiful? All the leaves may be gone after today, but it sure was pretty for a long time.
