They say that ginkgo leaves land precisely where they hanged in the tree, forming a perfect footprint; a silhouette in bright yellow on the ground. There are several ginkgo trees on campus, each simply gorgeous. This year’s weather has robbed us of their long-term beauty, but even still, and despite lbeing trampled by Thanksgiving bound students, they offer a great deal of beauty. How beautiful to have a ginkgo tree lined lane to ones home. How beautiful to see everyday at work.
