Our hero turned 78 years old today. We celebrated his trip around the sun with lunch at his favorite restaurant in Morehead. We followed that with a trip to Kroger (more gauze for our shero’s boo boo leg), then dessert at Dairy Queen. We took the long way home around the lake, stopping for some photo ops. I’m sure grateful for our hero and every day I have with him.
