“People I can not stress this enough…. there is not always a tomorrow. Do not wait to let your loved ones know how you feel, take care of yourselves, for Goddess sake if you smoke, find a way to quit! Do not waste your time grieving over old hurts, let that shit go and remember that every day we have on this amazing planet with each other is a gift. Be thankful and treasure each one.” ~ Bree Chapman

My friend Michael Sessling couldn’t be at OHA this year, but his boss and friend (and owner of the company) Sandy Poritzky was. Michael asked me to go see Sandy at their booth (Audio Transcription Center) and take his picture. I did just that. I struck up a conversation and we became fast friends. So when I asked if I could photograph him, he was happy to oblige. Sandy and Michael are very similar. They’re genuine, kind, humor-filled people. My favorite. Making new friends is one of my favorite things to do, and I’m sure glad I can count Sandy among my friends. He’s a keeper.
